Interesting that it’s the Heart Association that says coconut oil is bad. It also says lots of meat protein is good. Follow the money is good advice here. Every healthy source I know says coconut oil is good. I trust functional medicine and enjoy cooking with coconut oil as my main cooking oil in the kitchen.
